Where is my package?
Please refer to our Tracking page, found in the main menu, to either check the status of your order or see how long it will take for you to receive your order. If your package has been deemed delivered or has been sent to the wrong location, please contact us for further assistance.
What is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent within one week or less. In the case that you do not receive your tracking number on time, please contact us.
Can I change my order?
Amendments and cancelations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If your item has shipped, please check out the Refunds & Returns page for more info.
My item arrived damaged.
Sometimes items get damaged while being shipped. If you received a defected or damaged item, please contact us and provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a full refund or a replacement.
